SHIPPING TIMES
The following shipping times are estimates and apply from the date of dispatch. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, local regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
DHL Express
Europe & USA: usually 3-5 business days;
Rest of the world: usually 3-10 business days;
SHIPPING TERMS
All orders are shipped under D.A.P (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. The Buyer is solely responsible for all import procedures, including customs clearance, as well as the payment of any applicable duties, taxes, and related charges.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most products are held in stock and are available for prompt dispatch. However, certain items may be subject to limited availability.
For large-quantity orders or in cases where stock replenishment is required, additional production lead times may apply. Such lead times will be communicated to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.
PAYMENTS
SAMPLES ORDER
Sample orders placed through the website should be paid at checkout. Payment can be made via PayPal or by credit card (no PayPal account required).
PRODUCTION ORDER
Orders exceeding USD 1,000 may be paid via SWIFT wire transfer (T/T) to our designated bank account, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Production may commence only after receipt of payment, unless credit terms have been explicitly approved.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery at the Buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued upon return's arrival and verification, only for the original product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
We will refund or replace (upon availability) malfunctioning goods you have received within a period of 30 days, or as otherwise agreed.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
The Buyer is required to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to do so shall be deemed acceptance of the goods as delivered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or operational downtime.
